EQUIP CLASSES
EQUIP CLASSES
WHAT ARE EQUIP CLASSES?
Our church members need good foundations to grow. Through the Equip Classes, we are offering a series of classes to church members so that they exhibit a faith that seeks understanding.
Equip classes are a series of 8-12 week courses designed to train the church to make disciples of Jesus Christ. They cover several areas such as biblical theology, systematic theology, and applied theology. The format of each course is designed in such a way that course members not only receive instruction but also, consider the practical implication of the various topics and are equipped to apply their beliefs to each sphere of their lives.
THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT: September 29 - November 24
The Sermon on the Mount is one of Jesus’ most important teachings, with the Beatitudes being recognized by most. How does the Sermon address morality, ethics, and virtue in the life of the christian and local church? How do virtuous living and grace go together? How might human flourishing be God-centered and God-oriented? In these eight weeks, Pastors Mike and Joseph will help us consider the blessed life of the Christian through righteousness, virtue, and wholeness. You can find the class overview here.
