DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS

WHAT ARE DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS?

Discipleship is an important process for every believer that provides intimate friendships, an environment of accountability, and most importantly, it cultivates a life rooted deeply in God’s Word.

Discipleship Groups are gender-specific groups of 3-5 believers who meet together weekly for the purpose of growing in spiritual maturity. To learn more, check out the Discipleship Group Overview here. Most discipleship groups form through pre-existing, meaningful relationships with other believers in environments like Life Group.

HOW DO I JOIN A GROUP?

If you want to join a Discipleship Group but don’t know where to start, simply talk with your Life Group leader or a pastor. You can express interest by filling out this form. If you already have 2-4 friends who want to start a Discipleship Group, just start meeting together. The Discipleship Group Guide will help you through your first few meetings as you establish a commitment to reading and memorizing God’s Word, prayer, and accountability. You can find that guide here.
